The general characteristics, the classification according to the Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity of lung ventilation devices are analysed in this article. The dynamics of export-import operations with these devices in Ukraine have been highlighted. Criteria, methods, and features have been developed and used to conduct a commodity examination
of lung ventilation devices for customs purposes, and the results have been analysed.
