The article is devoted to the study of the functioning of Ukraine’s insurance market during martial law. The general state of the insurance market was analyzed, considering the number of active insurance companies, regulatory changes, and market trends. The study examines key challenges faced by insurers, such as war-related risks, relocation of businesses, and stricter regulatory requirements imposed by the National Bank of Ukraine.
