    ORGANIZATION OF GAS IMPORT SUPPLIES (based on the data of LLC “CentrEnergy”, Kyiv)

    Today, foreign economic activity is one of the most important components of entrepreneurial activity. Thanks to skillful business management, enterprises are rapidly developing on the world market, creating significant competition for other enterprises engaged in similar activities. The main aspects of managing and improving the efficiency of the enterprise's import activity were studied by providing an assessment of the production and economic activity, financial condition and total income of LLC "CentrEnergy"; an analysis of the import activity of LLC "CentrEnergy"was carried out; the main trends in the development of the world gas market are determined; a study of the gas market of Ukraine was carried out; the organizational support for the implementation of gas import activities of LLC "CentrEnergy"from Norway was investigated; provided a forecast assessment of the effectiveness of the import of gas from Norway by LLC "CentrEnergy". Legislation and other normative documents were used to prepare the study, regarding the peculiarities of the enterprise's import activity. The analysis and processing of analytical information is provided thanks to the data of the financial statements of LLC "CentrEnergy", as well as statistical materials provided by the State Committee of Statistics of Ukraine The relevance of the work. Today, foreign economic activity is one of the most important components of entrepreneurial activity. Thanks to skilful business management, enterprises are rapidly developing on the world market, creating significant competition for other enterprises engaged in similar activities. The development of the foreign economic activity of the enterprise is a primary task for any company with the aim of achieving high prestige on the world stage, attracting interest in cooperation from foreign clients and, in turn, increasing profits. Foreign economic activity plays an important role in improving the country's economic situation, raising the standard of living of the population, and strengthening the country's position in the international arena. Import operations, which are an integral part of foreign economic activity, are the main source of profit. Maximization of the efficiency of import operations leads to maximization of profit, which can be achieved only by organizing foreign economic activity in the most effective way. Studies of the experience of the countries of the world show that there is a direct relationship between the degree of development of foreign trade and the effective functioning of the economic complex. The need for theoretical improvement of the foreign economic strategy is caused primarily by the fact that factors of the external environment have the greatest influence on the state of the enterprise.
