    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню проблеми психологічних умов управління іміджем закладу вищої освіти. У роботі вирішено важливе науково-практичне завдання щодо подальшого розвитку методології управління іміджем закладу вищої освіти у контексті аспектів: іміджологія, психологія, психологічні умови іміджу. Досліджено вивчення впливу окремих психологічних умов на управління іміджем: самопрезентація, самоефективність, творчість, здатність розв'язувати конфлікти.
