Qualification work for obtaining a master`s degree in specialty 073 «Management» educational program «Project Management». Kyiv: State University of Trade and Economics, 2025. The qualification work investigates the theoretical foundations for designing a marketing activity management system within an organization. It specifically examines the process of developing such a system and the methodological approaches utilised for evaluating its efficacy. The study includes a diagnostic review of the marketing management system using the company "MolodPro" as a case study. This included analyzing the company's work, its marketing efforts, and assessing the impact of various internal and external factors on its success. Proposed improvements for the marketing activity management system for "MolodPro" are presented. The project concept was developed, and the justification of the innovative project's effectiveness was carried out.
